Spiritual Support Group for Mental Health and Wellness

Every 4th Monday evening from 7-8:30 at the First Congregational Church FAITH Center, southwest corner of Pine and Broadway, Boulder. For people who are affected by mental health challenges and the family members and friends who support them. Email Anne Weiher at [email protected] with any questions.

Spiritual Support Group for Mental Health and Wellness

Refuat HaNefesh:  The Har HaShem, 3950 Baseline Rd, Boulder, Spiritual Support Group provides a supportive, confidential environment for people in the wider Jewish community to discuss coping strategies, share information, and find relief from the isolation that many families and individuals experience when they or their family members are going through mental health challenges.  Starting September 2018, the group will meet the 1stand 3rdTuesdays from 6:30 -8 p.m.  Facilitators are Rabbi Deborah Ruth Bronstein and Dr. Jed Shapiro.

Spiritual Support Group for Mental Health and Wellness

This free group welcomes all persons who are affected with mental health conditions as well as family and friends. Meetings are on the second Monday of every month from 7:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. We meet in the Chapel of the Atonement Lutheran Church, 685 Inca Parkway, Boulder.  This confidential and safe meeting space is to share, learn, and support each other.  For more information or questions contact Alan at [email protected], 720-304-6918.

Support group for family and friends of those living with mental health issues

Offered at Immaculate Conception Church in Lafayette. All are welcome. The first and third Wednesday of the month, 7:00-8:30 p.m. 715 Cabrini Dr., Lafayette.
