Every 4th Monday evening from 7-8:30 at the First Congregational Church FAITH Center, southwest corner of Pine and Broadway, Boulder. For people who are affected by mental health challenges and the family members and friends who support them. Email Anne Weiher at with any questions.

Refuat HaNefesh:  The Congregation Har HaShem, 3950 Baseline Rd, Boulder, Spiritual Support Group provides a supportive, confidential environment for people in the wider Jewish community to discuss coping strategies, share information, and find relief from the isolation that many families and individuals experience when they or their family members are going through mental health challenges.  Starting September 2018, the group will meet the 1stand 3rdTuesdays from 6:30 -8 p.m.  Facilitators are Rabbi Deborah Ruth Bronstein and Dr. Jed Shapiro.

Spiritual Support Group for Mental Health and Wellness

Congregation Har HaShem, 3950 Baseline Rd. Open to anyone, affiliated or unaffiliated in the Jewish community. Drop in.  We meet monthly on the second Wednesday morning of the month from 10:30-noon.  Co-facilitated by Reggie Gray (MSW) and Rabbi Bronstein.

NAMI Support Groups 

The National Alliance on Mental Illness offers free, peer-led support groups.
  • Connection Recovery Support Group for adults living with mental health challenges.
  • Family Support Group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness.
  • Basics Support Group for parents and caregivers who have a child or teen experiencing mental health symptoms.

All groups meet every Wednesday, 7:00-8:30 pm at Immaculate Conception Church, 715 Cabrini Drive in Lafayette. Family Support Group also meets on the 1st and 3rd Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm, Fire Station #5, 617 Barberry Drive in Longmont.

These are drop-in support groups. Join us to develop supportive relationships and obtain hope by sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential setting.
